What’s the Procedure for medical treatment?
Send us your medical requirement by email, phone or fax. Our case manager will immediately get in touch with you with all required details and other logistics. We also can coordinate with the Embassy for the visa.

What to carry?
Before coming to India, please ensure you get all past medical records, CD copies of radiological or other scans. One must get his or her FRRO clearance once you arrive here, so please carry your passport etc.

Who will receive at the airport?
On arrival, our representative will be there at the airport to receive you and will escort you   till the hotel or hospital as per the treatment plan.

What’s the procedure for admission?
Once the treatment plan is decided after the investigation by your Doctor, an advance payment needs to be deposited as per the estimate given. We accept payment through credit card (Master& Visa) and cash. Receipt of the advance deposit is given to you immediately and a itemized bill at the time of discharge.

What is the follow up treatment?
We provide online consultation after the discharge and telemedicine as well. We arrange free online consultation for diet plan, physiotherapy treatment etc.

What about the Guest house or Hotel arrangement?
We have 100 of best hotels and guesthouses around the hospital starting from USD 25 to 1000, who provide free pick & drop to the hospital.
